Die beiden Anlagen umfassen jeweils 43 und 53 Wohneinheiten und wurden von portugiesischen Banken verkauft, welche die Anlagen in Folge der portugiesischen Finanzkrise (2010-2014) vom Projektentwickler \u00fcbernommen hatten.<\/p><p>Die Objekte befinden sich in sicheren Komplexen in guter Lage, in der N\u00e4he der K\u00fcste sowie in der N\u00e4he diverser Golfpl\u00e4tze. Die Einheiten in beiden Anlagen sind im mittleren Preissegment angesiedelt und ziehen ein in- und ausl\u00e4ndisches Publikum an.<\/p><p>Aufgrund der Insolvenz des Bautr\u00e4gers wurde keines der beiden Portfolios vollst\u00e4ndig fertiggestellt und steht seit der R\u00fccknahme durch die Banken leer. Der Gesch\u00e4ftsplan von Avelios sieht daher vor, in Zusammenarbeit mit einem lokalen Partner eine leichte Sanierung und Wiederinbetriebnahme der Objekte durchzuf\u00fchren und sie f\u00fcr den Verkauf als einzelne Einheiten vorzubereiten.<\/p><p>Duncan Souster, CEO von Avelios, kommentierte: \"Die Fundamentaldaten des portugiesischen Marktes gefallen uns nach wie vor, da das Land weiterhin neue Einwanderer aus Nordeuropa und Nordamerika anzieht, die durch das hervorragende Klima, die Besch\u00e4ftigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten in den gro\u00dfen St\u00e4dten und die steuerlichen Anreize angelockt werden.<\/p><p>Die Banken haben fast ein Jahrzehnt gebraucht, um Verm\u00f6genswerte zu \u00fcbernehmen, die w\u00e4hrend der portugiesischen Krise in Not geraten waren.
