Avelios ernennt Thomas Fiebig zum Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer<\/strong><\/p>

Avelios freut sich, die Ernennung von Thomas Fiebig zum Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Avelios Germany GmbH bekannt zu geben.<\/p>

Im April 2021 expandierte Avelios mit der Gr\u00fcndung der Avelios Germany GmbH in den deutschen Markt, um eine Pr\u00e4senz in der gr\u00f6\u00dften Volkswirtschaft Europas zu etablieren. Avelios Deutschland, das von Thomas geleitet wird, ist die zweite operative Einheit innerhalb der Avelios Gruppe und wird Investoren in diesem gro\u00dfen europ\u00e4ischen Markt Investment-, Beratungs- und Asset-Management-Dienstleistungen anbieten.<\/p>

Thomas verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber fast drei Jahrzehnte Erfahrung im Bereich Immobilieninvestitionen und hat in dieser Anlageklasse Transaktionen im Wert von \u00fcber 3 Milliarden Euro durchgef\u00fchrt. Zuvor war er Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Talanx Immobilien. In dieser Zeit baute er einen neuen Gesch\u00e4ftszweig auf, der Mezzanine-Finanzierungen f\u00fcr Bautr\u00e4ger bereitstellte, und war f\u00fcr die weltweiten Immobilien- und Infrastrukturinvestitionen des Unternehmens verantwortlich. Thomas war auch Vorstandsmitglied von Talanx Investments.<\/p>

Im Laufe seiner Karriere hatte Thomas auch leitende Funktionen bei ING Real Estate, Union Investment und einer BaFin-regulierten Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mit Sitz in Hamburg inne.<\/p>
