Matthias Luecker – Chairman
Matthias Luecker is Chairman and Founder of Avelios, as well as Founder, Chairman and CEO of its sister companies, FREO Group and DC Max.
Matthias verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Immobilieninvestitionen, Finanzierung und Kapitalmarktprodukte. Bevor er 2002 die FREO Group nach einem Management-Buy-Out aus dem Vorgängerunternehmen FERI aufbaute, war er Development Manager bei Tishman Speyer in Berlin, wo er sich auf die Analyse und Konzeption von neuen Projekten konzentrierte.
Zuvor hatte er in verschiedenen Positionen bei der Deutschen Bank in Frankfurt, Tokio und New York Erfahrungen im institutionellen Vertrieb und in der Unternehmensfinanzierung gesammelt.
Matthias holds a business degree (“Diplom-Kaufmann”) from Frankfurt University, has completed the ‘’Japanese Language Proficiency Test” and is a respected thought leader on commercial real estate, speaking extensively on the topic, including as a lecturer of various classes and programs at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Matthias is also a philanthropist and co-founder of Dona Agito, which is a charity that promotes and pecializ help for refugees in Germany.
Duncan Souster – Geschäftsführer, Vereinigtes Königreich
Duncan ist Geschäftsführer und ein Gründungsmitglied des Avelios-Teams.
Duncan has significant experience working at board level across both the charitable,commercial and financial sectors.
Duncan is a Managinng Director for Avelios sister company, FREO Group,and the former Chief Executive of The Jubilee Sailing Trust, where he led the charity’s international expansion and worked with prominent philanthropists and corporate partners to establish high-impact programmes of work.
Davor war Duncan Global Sales Director bei ManpowerGroup, einem Fortune-500-Unternehmen für Unternehmensdienstleistungen, wo er eine komplexe Umstrukturierung zur Verbesserung des Managements von Großkunden in 86 Ländern leitete.
Duncan has a BSc (First Class) from University College London, is Chairman of London Nautical, a City of London Academy, a Development Board Member of British Exploring and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights, where he sits on the Fundraising Committee.
Erwan Le Berre – Managing Director, Luxembourg
Erwan Le Berre is Head of Avelios Luxembourg and is responsible for the management of our investments. Erwan is also the Managing Director of Group Finance and Luxembourg, for FREO Group, a sister company to Avelios.
Erwan verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strukturierung und Verwaltung von Investitionen und war unter anderem bei KPMG, PwC und Henderson Global Investors tätig.
He studied economics and finance at the University of Rennes and qualified as a certified public accountant in both France (expert-comptable diplome) and Luxembourg (reviseur d’entreprises). He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, pecializing in IFRS, and a member I Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
